I expect it to be Scopper Gaban but would be wild if Oda went with a different Roger Pirate. I think now's a fitting time for us and the crew to get a better idea of some stuff regarding the Roger Pirates and whatever the silhouetted man has to reveal.

Shamrock is looking to be very powerful (not as much as Shanks in my opinion but still). Nice that we're getting info on the cerberus fruit. I recall theories that Teach would get it, unless a confrontation happens I guess that's out of the picture. I wonder if Shiryu will get a fruit for his blade.

I just don't get the use case of a sword that can turn into an animal. Might be useful for someone who hasn't high potency as a swordsman in the first place, but Zoro turning his swords that can decimate any opponent into a dog, what the heck is that good for.

Shamrock & Spandam as Leaders, while Garling & Spandine were Promoted,
Garling leading God's Valley Incident similar to Spandine leading Ohara Operation,

And Now, Shamrock's Sword ate a Zoan DF just like Spandam's Sword,
CP-9 were Themed after Zoo Animals, now it's time for Mythical Monsters it seems (Even Gunko can probably take Form similar to One, just like Kalifa's Animal Theme was Sheep despite having Paramecia)

Funkfreed was Spandam's Bodyguard, and Cerberus follows similar Concept as it's also a Guard Dog (For Gates of Underworld),

The CDs are largely jobbers who are propped up by Imu’s power. Garling could realistically be PK tier, if only because he has Imu’s immortality, which Luffy is yet to find a counter to.

But Shamrock is either jobbing to Luffy as a warm up fight or falling to Zoro. Possibly both as we saw with Lucci
