Since Zoro is Luffy’s arms, uses swords, and has Luffy’s CoC, it would make sense for Sanji, Luffy’s legs, to have a Devil Fruit just like Luffy as well as his own thing which is the exoskeleton/Germa enhancements.

The Weapon eating Devil Fruit thing definitely needs to be explored more in the manga, it's honestly more rare than both Mythical and Logia Devil Fruits at this point. More people should allow their weapons to eat devil fruits tbh, Imagine someone like Sabo with all his martial arts and haki training with a Metal Pipe that ate the flame flame fruit or something nuts like that.
