Since Zoro is Luffy’s arms, uses swords, and has Luffy’s CoC, it would make sense for Sanji, Luffy’s legs, to have a Devil Fruit just like Luffy as well as his own thing which is the exoskeleton/Germa enhancements.

Sanji is never getting CoC, he got a different power up at the time CoC was handed to his 1cm taller rival. He got an insane exoskeleton.

If Sanji gets another explicit power up it will be a devil fruit. He is not a conqueror, he seeks the All Blue and cooks food.

The Weapon eating Devil Fruit thing definitely needs to be explored more in the manga, it's honestly more rare than both Mythical and Logia Devil Fruits at this point. More people should allow their weapons to eat devil fruits tbh, Imagine someone like Sabo with all his martial arts and haki training with a Metal Pipe that ate the flame flame fruit or something nuts like that.

Sanjis power isn't something any of us can predict nobody in 2018 predicted end of wano Sanji would get Blue Flames created by Armament Haki improvement and Exoskeleton to defeat a Commander.

I have literally predicted that his abilities would further tie into lineage factor abilities the moment his family was introduced which I stated included blue flames
