I actually believe he means to physically destroy the country. He talked about it previously. He wants Wano to "die" as part of his revenge but never really elaborated on what he meant. Like destroying most of the countries natural resources was entirety intentional by Orochi

Title: 9 red scabbards ( Akazya 9 )

Kinemon and denjiro jump off kaido as they are unable to pierce through him but kaido is falling towards the river.

Kaido tries to transform into a Dragon but Law creates a room and shambles him inside the river with a rock before he fully transforms into a dragon.

Beast pirates and samurais are in shock.

Big mom is laughing at Kaido. Jinbei and Robin are next to big mom in disguise.
Nami is still captive.

King knocks Kawamatsu off the stage.
Jack and queen go in hybrid forms.
King creates a high pitched noise and the stage gets surrounded with fire.
Jack rips kikus armour.
Queen does brachiobomb on nekomamushi. King slices through izou and kiku. Both die together. Kinemon cuts through the fire and tries to free Momonosuke. Raizo and Denjiro both fighting Fukurokujo and Hotei

Kaido comes out of the river with the help of The number (Kyuu) and goes up and throws momonosuke in the fire.

Chapter ends with no break next week

Thats why if he manage to call CP0, he might had a request to do a buster call.
On top of that, im pretty sure some of marine already goes to Alabasta for securing Uranus and Blackbeard might went to Alabasta either lol.
