There are a few misconceptions in the fandom about the mural and the texts. Firstly, we need to wait for officials to make sense of the texts since we have had three translations of them and none are matching. The full summary, the OP Chapters translations and the TCB translations are all different from each other. Since as a community we are eager to just interpret panels the way we want and further our agenda, this is one of those pieces of information which should not be used like that. Too many times wrong translations have taken hold of the fandom and the real translations have to be dug up.
To us readers the Harley texts (being read by Robin) and Franky's viewing of the mural are shown in the same page. They are meant to be read together by us but they are not being viewed/interpreted at the same time in verse, Robin is unaware of the mural while Franky is unware of the Harley text being read by Robin. Obviously the misconceptions that I am saying are misconceptions in my opinion so they can be wrong. However, I am pretty convinced that they are misconceptions and might spread before we can stop them taking hold.
Misconception 1: The mural depicts all three worlds. I find this to be a misconception because the mural is clearly divided into two sides and neither side represents the current or future world. The mural is drawn by kids from 800-900 years ago, the time of last war. The right side of the mural is obviously not depicting the 2nd world or the defeat of JB and his allies. The left side is depicting this defeat of JB and his allies and the biggest indicator is Emeth can be seen clearly, we know Emeth was the partner of JB of the last war (2nd world).
Misconception 2: Imu was part of all three worlds. I dont know where this came from because they see the winged dragon from the right side of mural and then the horned and winged demon from the right side of mural and say that Imu is the one and the same. Imu is from the Nerona line of monarchs, now you can argue that the Neronas were the kings of the world since ancient times and Imu had always had the youth surgery done on him but the canon hints to him being given the surgery since the 2nd world and not before.
Misconception 3: The winged dragon and the winged and horned demon are the same character. This is clearly very different from what the mural and texts show. Firstly the two are completely different, one is a winged dragon with no arms and horns curving forward while the other has arms, horns curving backward and standing upright. These differences are too much to just chalk it off to zoan and hybrid transformations. And even narratively it doesnt make sense. I think everyone agrees that the Serpent of Hell Flame is the dragon/snake on the right most side of the mural. Now this Serpent of Hell Flame was the ally of the deity of Earth (this deity of Earth was enraged by appearance of Nika) so it was Nika vs deity of Earth and Fire Serpent. But the mural shows the Fire Serpent fighting the winged dragon, which means that they are enemies and hence the winged dragon is not the deity of the Earth.
Apart from the misconceptions there are some details that I missed and others have pointed out. The maxim (similar to Enels) is seen going towards the moon in the right side of mural. The Noah is being carried by what people refer to as Zunisha with the king at top. The slaves who are carrying the light/flame/wishing lanterns are 19 in number and hence might also represent the 19 monarchs.
