You get that when Sanji kicks someone with hells memories they are engulfed in flames, it’s clear why Sanji physically can’t do that (it’s not holding back, Oda wrote Sanjis body is physically incapable of hurting a girl)

Why would he just use his fire to burn Luffy? How would that help at all what they were trying to accomplish in that scene?

Also your second paragraph makes no sense. Your claims so far:
- Sanji didn't touch Luffy physically or he would have burnt Bonney.
- Sanji only used fire and burnt Luffy's massive body all over.
- The reason why Sanji didn't burn Bonney despite burning Luffy all over is that he's pysically incapable of hurting a girl... which invalidates my first claim.
