and old Gaban is not a mid top-tier. Not even old Rayleigh and Garp are mid top-tiers put the crack pipe down bruh.
I disagree w the options in the poll; neither Kid, Law, Yamato nor Zoro are low top-tiers. In my opinion, the weakest top-tiers are the old legends, current Big Mom, maybe the weaker Admirals. Luffy himself is barely above low top-tier based on his performance against Kizaru, an actual mid top-tier. Gaban will obviously be weaker than Rayleigh and Garp by portrayal; his prime self is probably at best on par with old Garp/Rayleigh.
The poll literally goes from low top-tier to Yonko tier - first of all, wtf is Yonko tier? Sanji has no reason to ever be on par with guys like Kaido and Shanks. Current Sanji is already so far behind current Luffy and Zoro that it's not even funny and that gap will only continue to increase. For Sanji to reach mid top-tier, EoS Luffy would have to be capable of low/neg-diffing guys like Kizaru and I don't see that happening anytime soon. Being a low top-tier is extremely impressive for someone like Sanji.

Unless it’s left out of the spoilers, Gaban is not the burned man. With him, Pranks, and Saul seemingly not being the burned man, I think there is only one major candidate…. Imu himself
Imu is Umi backwards and we know he has a god tier power, so creating whirlpools fits. He has a strong motive to take the poneglyph. Furthermore since he was possibly holding the Sun in the Harley mural, it could explain how he got burned. not to mention he fought the Sun god himself.

None of the Straw Hats and Giants could do anything to the Gorosei, Warcury himself showed better CoC than both Kaido and Big Mom.
Luffy himself couldn't do anything to Warcury, even in G5 he ended up hurting himself when attacking him.
It was because of plot, the help of the Giants, Vegapunks, and Emet that the Straw Hats finally escaped from the Gorosei.
