It solidifies that the crew will have all 4 RPs after Elbaf then and Law probably headed to Lodestar originally.

While im a tiny bit disappointed if its him, it at least means there isnt some magic new character hidden at sea that weve never heard of. Small chance Rocks still plays some role somewhere, but at least this means Luffy and crew will be the central targets next arc from quite literally everyone.

1. The man with a burn scar probably is always travelling in his black ship. I don't think Gaban travels a lot.
