"Kizaru" isn't a real person. He is not a real person with thoughts or feelings. "Kizaru" is a character who was created by Oda to serve a purpose in the story. In the scene we are discussing Kizarus role was to praise Luffy for beating Kaido. Oda has never had any character say otherwise in any situation ever.
