Fuji and Akainu are almost guaranteed in my opinion, they both have traits.

Akainu called the Gorosei puppets and was trash talking WB, while Fujitora was openly rebelling against Akainu and saving slaves on fucking Mary Geiose.

Luffy never gets clean victories ever. It doesnt matter. Oda wrote a character to say Luffy is the man who defeated Kaido. He destroyed Kaidos dreams like every other character Luffy surpassed

It's Oda's way to have Luffy win fights a little before he is truly ready for them. That's why he's struggling hard against other top tiers like Kizaru.

Everyone acknowledges that he beat Kaido, and so do I, because pirate fights aren't fair fights.

I don't think Logia trio will have it. Logia is innately strong.

But garp didn't had a DF , Sengoku is Zoan type and Fuji is Paramacia. So giving them AdCoC for power balance is good enough decision.
