I always maintained that Sanji will get CoC and that he will be a top-tier regardless of Gaban's status. Though he is, and he will continue to be behind Zoro, and obviously Luffy.

1. Logias
2. Ancient power sources

Actually now that I think about it @Kurozumi Wiwi the forest god can actually be the adam tree that gave people devil fruits. This is an interesting thought though but I think logias are merely a figment or mock of the energy source VP wanted to make.

Highly doubt Kizarus awakening comes anywhere near the power of the Mother Flame and that in itself is a pale imitation of the actual thing in the second world who in itself is an imitation of whatever the fuck unlimited source of energy the first world used.
