Oda made it beyond all doubt clear that Gaban is Sanji's counterpart and doubled down on it by having Luffy state it. Destroyed the notion that there's any other pirate within the crew anywhere close to the top two, and then pushed the Monster Trio stronger than ever before by calling Gaban and Rayleigh equal to Roger himself ?

This single handedly killed every single attempt to discredit Sanji's significance and future strength in such a crazy way even i can't believe it
