Hi guys,
I think that the man marked by flames is none other than Sunbell the fish man from Roger's crew for several reasons:
1. Oda has introduced several important members of Roger's crew starting with Crocus, then Rayleigh, then Oden, and now Scopper Gaban. It wouldn't make sense for him to ignore Sunbell, especially since he is a parallel to Jinbe.
2. why haven't we seen Sunbell on Fish-man Island? as a retired fish-man pirate he would be expected to settle there, yet he was nowhere to be found.
3. the fact that he is a fish-man and knows king Neptune increases the likelihood that he is the one protecting the final Poneglyph, which was once on Fish-man Island.
4. it's knowing that the fish-men are capable of creating whirlpools. since it's difficult to imagine a fruit ability that controls water --given that water is a natural weakness for ability users-- this increases the likelihood that the whirlpools associated with the "man marked by flames" are actually the work of a Fish-man.
5. and most importantly his name is Sunbell meaning "Sun Bell", and we know how significant the sun is at this point in the story.

I think Fujitora and Greenbull will be nearby considering they just sent Weevil in there but I don’t think he will join Cross Guild because of his anti-pirate views. He will probably let them go after seeing it’s too late to stop them or got hard countered by Mihawk.
The glimpe of his backstory being a war criminal (WG propaganda term to villify his good deeds) and openly hating WG made me think he will defect after this and never really had a choice between staying in prison or being an admiral.
This will be the beginning of the Navy downfall.
Aokiji = BB Pirates but is using them to dismantle the WG in his own way.
Kizaru = Was a Revolutionary army double agent but quits being admiral to join Dragon after Egghead with Sentomaru when he finally resolves his “unclear justice”.
Fujitora = Revolutionary army considering his “brotherly” ties with Kizaru and Akainu who was close to Dragon.
Akainu = Unclear but will redeem himself by going against WG orders and go all out on his way.
Garb, Sengoku and Smoker with 100s of VA level loyalist = Sword.

I believe Kizaru is partially turned against the WG after Egghead, and I believe that he will ultimately refuse orders or attempt to stand between and stop the conflict in Mariejoa or with the Revolutionaries. He will be killed, potentially by Garling or Imu, which will be the catalyst for Akainu’s ultimate defection, leading to a 1v1 that involves him becoming a massive volcanic eruption and destroying the place and the person he’s fighting in a kamikaze.
Fujitora I believe will be in Impel Down, but will be either released and part amicably with CG or will join them as he sees their necessity for stopping the WG and wants to be able to put the brakes on the possibility of the dangerous criminals going wild. So we would have Kizaru allying with Strawhats, Aokiji with Blackbeard, and Fujitora with Cross Guild.
Akainu and Luffy’s absolute best possible interaction, I think, would be Luffy encountering Akainu for the very first time since Marineford at Mariejois with Kizaru’s dead body in his arms. This brings their characters’ conflict arc to a startling and deeply meaningful resolution with Akainu’s repentance after the loss of his own ‘brother’.
But seeing Fujitora roll up with Mihawk, Weevil, Doflamingo, Crocodile, and 1,000 clowns is going to be buck wild.
