It was not debunked, imo.
Standing shoulder to shoulder with Ray and Roger is pretty much clear.
The line about Rayleigh where Roger is missing is also easily explainable.
The secret lies, as always, in context - they are talking about another monstrous powerhouse in RPs other than Roger.
Alongside Rayleigh, there was another monster - Gaban.
1 - Power of Love mainly, whatever it is.
2 - Likely no. Sanji might get some info on it but he will not learn anything now.
3 - Jinbe #3 is still a thing, right now. It simply wont be a thing at EOS.

Yes but when you add in context on how this is actually reverse parallel of M3. M3 has been depicted as the ones who are the strongest in SHPs, reiterated when post TS started by taking down Pacifistas, Kraken scene. Hence why Scopper is being shown as the M3 of the Roger Pirates, he is the Sanji in that crew. Notice how Roger has Pirate King, Ray has Dark King and Gaban has Mountain Eater (they could have easily given him Mountain King or King of the Hill sort of epithet to hype that feat but didnt).
If we take into consideration Sanji's prime here, instead of the current power level, it could make sense.
Surely the epithet is not as impressive but honestly, it doesn't play a role.

Interpret it as someone who belongs with those two in terms of fighting opponents, when facing a threat or opponent these three are the standout guys. I have maintained this for the longest time that the dynamic between the M3 will remain unchanged which was set since the start. Luffy and Zoro are equal at strength (6) and Sanji is just below them (5). Complete equality is what is being pushed which I dont adhere to. If Roger and Ray are 10, then Gaban should be something like 8.5. But the others in the crew are much lower like 4-5 or something hence these three are the standout guys.
Oda has done Sanji dirty lately hence why I had to rethink my position but with this Gaban hype I can see that Oda is indeed going to maintain this dynamic.

Fair enough, Sanjino hasn't been treated great so far but I don't think that prevents him from being comparable in the end.
If there is anything behind Sabaody order, Sanjino is not just comparable to Luffy but straight up stronger.
Nothing in-story would be changed if Sanji ended up stronger than Luffy.
Also, I don't think the equality of gold, silver and copper means equality of Luffy, Zoro and Sanji.
It is only there to establish that in the end, the guy who is just like Gaban, will end up comparable to Roger, in strength.
Idk if you subscribe to impossible dreams or not but if you factor that in with Sanji's abilities, it is easy to see how he could be Roger's equal.
