Liking the idea of Loki joining a little more after every chapter. He most likely has a sad past and a dream. His dream of destroying the world even fits in with some other crew members dreams. Creating the All Blue, Fishman and Humans getting along through the destruction of Fishman Island, kind of Brooks as the red line would be destroyed and Laboon would stop bashing his head, and maybe Luffy's unknown dream.
Really depends on if he can change size or the Sunny getting a massive upgrade.

For me I just want one final member to join the crew, idk why but I just want what Luffy said in chapter 1 about his crew to be right. Since Whole Cake Island every arc I've said it's the last chance for someone to join, and I am once again saying it for Elbaf (unless Vivi joins right after).

Now that you're saying it, I see that there's indeed a chance that "destroying the world" might mean revolution/breaking the previous order rather than straight up blowing everything up.
Loki is a wild card still, and yeah, in his case size does matter. Plus I can see Yamato-Momo parallel, here we have 2 prince brothers and kingless land, someone has to rule it, why not leave both of them there.

Pedro is the last crewmate
- Ship Guardian is one of the few roles introduced in One Piece back in East Blue that has not been used since. Ship Guardians Nyaban Brothers have a cat-theme. A Ship Guardian is a superset of a lookout and ship's cat which means it fulfills both roles. Pedro happens to be a Big Cat Mink that is Captain of the Guardians and been on the Sunny as a lookout!
- Luffy wants a ninja. We saw it in Zou, Wano, and Egghead. Cats are arguably one of the most ninja animals. Pedro has demonstrated stealth, speed, agility, sword, and ambush skills. Quirk of standing in high places. He comes from a hidden village. The Minks stated Nin Nin to Raizo which may be a clue. Plus Ninja Guardian combined as one word has the hidden word of Jaguar!!
- Pedro is missing his left eye from his encounter with Big Mom. He lost his friend Zepo during that encounter. This may allude to Odin giving his eye to Mimir for knowledge. Currently there is not an Odin giant in/from Elbaf. This may be the opportune time for Oda to bring back Pedro near the end in Elbaf as the eyepatch character!!!
- Pedro is one of the few Minks we have yet to see his Sulong form. If he were truly dead, Oda would likely have shown his Sulong form in his dying moment or at least in a flashback IMO. AND, it so happens that Luffy did not see ONE Sulong transformation!!!!
