None of them are stronger than Yamato (except maybe Sulong DogStorm or Sulong CatViper). Yamato, Kaido's child, cannot leave Wano until Momonosuke or someone else is definitively stronger and a big enough threat that the World Government, Emperors, and other potential enemies really consider the consequences of invasion.
Luffy didn't bring them, they were just sitting together, probably because they sensed Ryokugyu.
Momo is not weak, he just needs some training, he has a huge potential with a strong DF, & Oda has hyped him. You'll see how strong he is when BB attacks Wano.
There's also the beast pirates, in this cover story they'll become Wano's allies.

Vivi will be next. Yamato joining in time for the Blackbeard Pirate fights and the Straw Hats' final voyage (or section of their voyage) would be a fitting parallel to Oden but I also don't think it has to happen, Grand Fleet is always there.
Then it's another question of whether any kids hop on or if they're relegated to Grand Fleet. Momonosuke will probably play a decent role bringing Zunesha when the time is right, but he can do that as simply a Straw Hat ally, and honestly I don't care for Tama joining so she can be with Momo's group as an ally. Bonney and Kuma seem like they'll stay on Elbaph as Lilith works to fix Kuma (Revolutionaries meeting up with them would be nice).
