The huge difference is that Law is a competent fighter despite being injured + exhausted and evaded the attack.
On the other hand the weak ass Akainu is slow and his haki is equally or even weaker than him
The Akainu agenda is based on deception, lying to oneself and denial of reality as well as delusions.
Enraged or not this was the WB that 2 shots Akainu.
The fodder Squard did this to WB when WB didn't have a single injury or heart attack.
