Odd matchup heavily favouring Kizaru, pass.
Sanji fighting someone with what looks like a black blade seems off, pass.
This would be a good fight.
Kinda boring, but alright.
These would be the most interesting fights imo:
Luffy vs Akainu
Shanks vs Blackbeard
Akainu vs Aokiji
Mihawk vs Fujitora
Luffy vs Blackbeard

72 year old Akainu, sick , badly injured, infarcted and in need of medical devices to stay alive vs. healthy WB.
78 year old Kuzan weakened, wounded and outnumbered vs. healthy old Garp or prime Garp.
76 year old retired alcoholic Shitzaru vs. the non-retired old Rayleigh or Prime Rayleigh.

Pretty easy: probably old Akainu would have been able to do nothing outside of cheapshotting Young WB and would still be critically injured.
Pretty much the same as Akainu beating the crap out of WB at Marineford.
I assume they have the same master-disciple relationship as the original.
Then as Kuzan did in Hachinsou, weavering Prime Garp would be able to beat old wounded Kuzan without even going all out.
Even easier: probably old Kizaru would have been backed into a corner, but who knows. Maybe he would have been able to save the mugis still.
