If Oda as the author treats a character poorly, it's because he either doesn't care, or that character is not supposed to be treated better.

Meaning, they deserve to get slandered.

Like, if we let characters have a pass because the author is the one writing them that way, we literally couldn't slander ANYONE because they're all written by him lol

If you believe that then Kizaru deserves to be slandered at EH. There are cases where Oda draws the characters personality consistently, there's some cases where he doesn't.

I believe it did give him a concussion on the moment, but he overplayed the effects afterwards to have an excuse to slack off.
And even I do consider G5 to be a solid high top tier, I'm not seeing it beating any other high top tiers or even some mid top tiers as long his stamina stays this pathetic

Base Luffy = weakest top tier
G4 Luffy = mid top tier
G5 Luffy = high top tier

Nobody has fought mid top tier Luffy since kaido

Low top tier : base Luffy
Solid top tier : adhaki g2/g3 , Base G5
Mid top tier : adhaki G4
High top tier : adhaki G5
