But if your expectations were Gaban embarrassing G5 then the fault is obviously on you. Gaban looks good this chapter

He doesn't look that good either to be honest. I expected he would fight base luffy because I have this friend who has always wrong takes, I asked him what gaban would do next chapter and he said "he demolishing G4", that's what I wanted and hoped as well but since he is always wrong I kinda expected the two extreme aspects of it, Gaban demolishing G5 or him just fighting base luffy, and well we now know what's reality. So honestly, I am not impressed.

Yeah it's crazy how no one from Prime WB to the Gorosei to Gaban himself doesn't want to fuck with Kaido

But they did "fuck with" Kaido. Just one of them wasn't sure if it was the best decision. As a group the Gorosei did have no issue messing with him

Because he's kicking off the ground with more force, he kicked off so fast in 1010 that the ground exploded. When a character starts using ACoC in battle it's safe to assume they're always using ACoC, that's why your durability also goes up massively and why Luffy was previously getting one-shotted by Kaido left right and centre, then once ACoC awakened he start no-selling insanely high AP attacks.

You're confusing "want" with "need". To them the emergence of Nika/Sun God was a bigger threat than Kaido himself, because guess what? Luffy will become stronger than Kaido.

The Rooftop Supernova all dealt with barrage slashing attacks from Kaido

An old Gaban having one of his ranged slashes blocked by Elbaf Zoro isn’t particularly crazy
