Base Luffy without gears isn't the same as Base Kaido, base Gaban, base Ray, base Linlin...
These guys got better base stats

Oda gave too many power ups to Luffy in Wano, he split the sky with Kaido lol, his haki could be felt thorough onigashima etc

Kizaru didn't show awakening because he didn't go all out. If the admirals are stronger than Big Mom without awakening and inborn monster like genetics, then what would they be with awakening? >>Roger? You're hyping them more without realizing it lmao
