Unless its stated explicitly in next chapters, Kuzan doesnt have CoC. Oda always gives us statements when someone has CoC. He has no reason to hide that when it comes to Kuzan, we all know Kuzan is super strong.

CoC strikes can touch, thats not the issue here. The biggest issue is he doesnt have any trails when he initiated the attack =>

Could Oda hide Kuzan emitting CoC trails when he hardened his fist? Its not impossible, but it sounds ridiculous to me. Oda doesnt need to go to such an extent to hide Kuzan's CoC.

From my understanding, yes it suggests that it's a AdCoC clash..
The wave pattern and Haki trails are similar than here..

So yes, my preliminary opinion is that it's AdCoC, unless i get further insight..
They touched and if its true then this is the reveal chapter because only the reveal chapters have no touch. And since they touched this isn't AdvCoC its a CoC Based CoA.

I think none of the Admirals had CoC pre-TS. They were all loyal WG employees at the time.

Post TS, I think an argument could be made that Oda is setting them up to get it, one after the other:

A. For Kuzan, if he has it, I'd wager he attained it after leaving the Marines. He was noted by Doffy to be very purposeful in DR, and in EH he showed more resolve than Kizaru or even Akainu. Whatever goal is that he's using BB to attain, it might be the catalyst to Kuzan's getting COC.

B. Kizaru definitely doesn't have it now, but the focus on him and his turmoil during EH makes it somewhat possible that he might overcome his cog mentality and get it later on.

C. Akainu is almost certain to attain it if he breaks free of the WG's leash and forges his own path.

Let's see what happens.

I guess. Didn't Saturn basically disobey Imu by not scrapping Emeth though? And I remember theories about JP being a traitor.

Also they do have kingly ambition to rule za warudo, which the Admirals except maybe Akainu don't have. That's what I actually meant to say about the PreTS Admirals when I described them as "loyal", my bad.

Admirals have disobeyed orders way more often than the Gorosei

Well, take Aramaki the literal Akainu fanboy, he disboyed him by literally trying to fight Luffy.

While Gorosei had to destroy lulusia even if they didnt know why and knew there is innocent, same with Ohara.

Gorosei are the most loyal because they follow order even if they dont understand.
