Flight is a main problem for Zoro in wano but after that he just handles it just fine.
But for someone who has mouvement speed, he would be an issue for Zoro.
Having wings and high mouvement speed for Zoro would help in nothing since in the end, CqC is what helps.
Even King couldn't do shit to Zoro, instead he chose to have CqC with him and even when he was cornered and tried using his flight to run away Zoro could still tag him.
But for someone who has mouvement speed, he would be an issue for Zoro.

Zoro is fast but his fighting style is not as reliant on speed. Sanji has to dodge/evade, he has to cover distances between himself and his enemy since he posses no long to mid ranged attack, his offensive prowess relies on volume/combination attacks meaning he has to land more hits in a shorter time frame, since he is using his body as a weapon-to produce more force he has to strike faster (speed=weight) and because his fighting style is all focused on his legs, the techniques he develops like skywalk/blue walk/pseudo-invisibility are all focused on speed and lending to his fighting style which is centered around that attribute.
So it's not that Zoro is slow, it's just that his combat style doesn't rely as much on speed as Sanjis does. Which is why Oda will never highlight this attribute for Zoro as much as he will for Sanji. But Sanjis offensive ability will never be highlighted like Zoros, since just like speed for Sanji, offense and everything that falls under that tree is more integral to Zoros style.

We have not seen the upper limits of Brooke’s speed. His attack power is obviously much lower, although he has good potential hacks with his devil fruit, but as far as we can tell he moves so quickly that he can essentially teleport. He is the only person in the series so far shown to run on water with his speed. He completely blitzed Big Mom through the air three full arcs ago and hasn’t had a real fight since then.
I think we will see 1v1 fights in Elbaf for the Strawhats who were sidelined in Onigashima. Franky, Chopper, Usopp, Brooke and the Monster Trio as usual.
We may finally get to see exactly how he fights against a top tier opponent, which may include speed feats more impressive than Sanji’s.
