I was one of her biggest stans, and I still feel salty about that experience.
So I put my vote for "crew's full", because there's no hope for any new character to be as fleshed out as existing SHs, and already established characters are either honorary nakamas, wild theories or agendas.
Plus we don't get enough focus on SHP as is, take Egghead, where Robin got so much injured that it was plot-relevant OFF-PANEL.
I'm here just to entertain the ideas of "how X could fit SHP nakama agenda in a plausible way"

On a semi serious note, I do expect EOS SHs to be Luffy + his Olympian gods vs BB & his Titans, meaning Captain + 12 members each, but other than the current 9 effective SHs, we will get 4 more honorary members, like Vivi, who will not go to Laugh Tale with the main group, but will have their own adventures around the world and only join Luffy in his last and most important fight against the Final Villain

I still like idea of the last 4 members being sort of representatives of the 4 road poneglyph (original locations)
Jinbe obviously being the fishman island one
While not straight up confirmed it’s pretty likely the one big mom stole probably originated in elbaf imo
The 10th and last “main” member originating from elbaf would be cool
- Elbaf and fishman island having heavy ties to the sun
- Being the locations of the Adam and Eve trees
- Possibly representing the beginning and end of the strawhats new world tour. FMI being the start and elbaf potentially being the farthest they go before heading backwards to the one piece
Also there might even be some ties to Loki and Shirahoshi. Not that I think either will fully join the crew. Tho like Jinbe someone that represents elbaf could still join
Their role either being as a ship guard or pirate apprentice. Those being the only real missing position we’ve heard about
While the elbaf member could be the last “main” member I think it’s still possible we get 2 more members to ride with the crew to laughtale. Possibly representing wano and zou
Both countries coincidentally representing the moon while fmi and elbaf represent the sun
Roger had Oden who brought along with him inuarashi and nekomamushi aka a wano and zou representative
The main possible wano candidates being
- Momonosuke (who I personally would want)
- Yamato
- Kinemon
- Otama
