He didn't impress me at all in Yorknew City arc, hyped up to be this mastermind villain, yet he failed to protect his comrades, looked like he was in control of the situation, but actually fell in almost every trap they set for him, guy has a very cool nen ability yet he got embarrassed by Kurapika even though he had backup.
Cool design and ability tho.

That's the only somewhat cool thing he did, everything else was a walking L situation.
I'm not denying that he's powerful, he just looked like a guy you can beat with any decent trap or plan.

I'm sure he does some extremely cool things in the future, he just embarrassed himself in Yorknew City arc.

When I first saw him I loved his design and personality, he seemed like a mastermind, I was 100% sure that he knew that Hisoka was a traitor and was just waiting on the opportunity to reveal him to the rest of the troupe.
Unfortunately that moment never came because Chrollo didn't suspect him at all even though all the signs were pointing at him
