I guess the Holy Knights might very well have some fodderish people in them depending on how many of them there are. These three are expecting to take Elbaph with no backup, Dorry and Broggy included, so they should amount to something.

Some of them must also be top or very high tiers to worry Dragon, even if of course not all of them.

If there are only around, say, 6, they will all still clear anyone below Jinbe. If there are a dozen, then this is basically CP9 and some will get soloed by random high tiers.

These three are planning on kidnapping children so the giants like Dory and Brogy won’t fight back cause otherwise they’ll kill the kids.

Dragon was likely only worried about Shamrock Garling and maybe one or two others. I feel the rest are going to be like Perospero level.
