Whatever Loki's DF turns out to be, I think it's a safe bet it will be based on some kind of deity. I could see him transform to heal from his wounds relatively quickly and then go on a rampage to get event with the Knights, tearing up half the village in the process before Luffy knocks him out.

Forget Sasaki, Kaido and the Calamities not being awakened was criminal from Oda's part.

I can understand Kaido not being awakened both for narrative reasons (he would be too strong even for G5 at that point), and because his drinking warmongering ass didn't align with the protective deity the blue dragon is supposed to represent, but Queen and Sasaki seemed pretty complementary to their DFs.

I'm not convinced Oda has Awakenings fully thought out.

It's not quite as self evident as Haki being something that clearly developed in real time, but I think time tells it that way in this case.
