Not really considering the rubbing event happened in Tottoland and the translation makes no mention of the rubbing being on the ship. He forced Snack to steal it from the vault

Law being the mastermind behind the Rocky Port incident is enough portrayal to put him above mere commanders

Hanafuda with a bit of a design change and a squint can be the silhouette of what was obviously Jack that was meant to fight the Scabbards during the original battle with Kaido.

Makes more sense than eight year old Jack being there at any rate.
