That's not the original manga tho.
That's the digitally colored version, and it has already gotten multiple color schemes wrong. (That Revolutionary girl and recently Jupiter)
The colored manga follows the anime's color schemes if they don't have Oda's.
So DON'T trust the colored manga like it's the original coloring.
If there is one thing you can trust, it's the volumes colored by Oda himself.

What does that mean?

Zoan DF gets controlled by the will of the devil fruit which make sense why luffy laughs a lot in his gear 5 even when vegapunk died for example gear 5 luffy was laughing when normal luffy would’ve been angry.

As much as I pretend that I know lightening.

Oda never stay consistent.

Kaidou CoC is Purple but it is also shown as Black Red in situations.
Same with Whitebeard and Roger. Red in general but shown as Red/black in situations.

On top of that Roger Kamasuri is also colored
" Golden " In some Vivre card.

It's not Joyboy's haki.. Yellow is the color of CoC..

And it's not red, it's Black Red Lightning which is CoA..

That's why when you coat Yellow CoC Lightning to Black Red Lightning it becomes Pure Red Lightning..

At the time when Luffy awakened, he was shortly able to dissociate his CoA Lightning from his CoC lightning..

It's also possible that Gear 5 is boosting Luffy's Haki too..
