How will that kill Loki hype what purpose do you think luffy and zoro getting defeated here will serve? Luffy doesn’t see Loki as an enemy if anything we’re probably just gonna get another gabban situation that hyped both parties but something or someone intervenes and nobody takes an L.

Whatever happens, I don't think anyone will be seriously defeated (except for maybe Sanji or Hajrudin), and Loki will just escape or tell them to not bother him for now. Maybe he'll even just trick them to give the key or steal it. He is probably quite thankful to Luffy, actually. (At first.)
