Kinnemon is either vet or simply above Pedro.
Kiku is vet since she had 20 years to train and she defeated Kanjuro.

I would recommend not to get way to hooked on powerlevel in op its not consistently written. If kaido was able to get the scar from scabbards why didnt admirals figure it out in 20 years with the likes of sakazuki , kizaru and Aokiji ?

There is 0 evidence of it being a normal sized Arc as well since we literally don't know shit about how It will go down, you believe your headcanon and I believe mine.

I mean, there is?. 5 of 6 arcs in the New World are not short at all, and Zou was never really "teased", just referenced once by Law and Kinemon. Elbaf has multiple arcs of references that are highly central to Usopp's character.
