Franky's fear would be the Sunny becoming evil. Maybe Pluton, but, I doubt Oda would reveal Pluton this way.
Zoro's fear IMO is probably losing control of himself. So, evil Zoro. Losing himself and betraying Kuina's dream would be up there. I'd imagine Sanji's fear would be the same, Germa Sanji/Evil Sanji.
Jinbe... maybe Fisher Tiger attacking him for joining humans?
I'd laugh so fucking hard if Chopper's biggest fear is just Big Mom
