Well some moments that come to my mind is:
1) kizaru not head-shotting luffy at marineford but decides to destroy the key indeed.
2) Crocodile loosing to luffy.
3) Moria not knowing haki while every non fodder character in the new world has it.
4) Ennies lobby(one of the 3 main navy facilities) being protected by basically no one. Impel down had magellan, Marineford had fleet admiral and admirals. Who the heck was protecting Ennies Lobby?
5) Mihawk not being able to dominate vista. If someone is hyped as yonko equal in strength, should be mighty enough to destroy a yc in no more than a few minutes.
6) Not exactly bad writing but a strong marine should have died in marineford. Pirates lost whitebeard and ace. Who did marines lost? A very one sided war if you actually think about it.
7) dressrosa hole cake and wano should have been much shorter. Especially the first 2.
8) wano should have been much darker as an arc. More deaths more bad moments. Instead we saw a circus of idiotic looking zoan devil fruit users, fodder numbers and no op samurai villain.
9) shanks loosing his arm and pell not dying. Ok those are the obvious ones.
10) yamato probably having awakening. How is it possible someone who has barely used her devil fruit, being in sea stoned handcuffs almost all her life, using awakening?
11) zoro using adv coc out of nowhere.
12) And last, how it it possible whitebeard and roger pirates were equal. Newgate's only really strong crewmembers were rookie marco, oden and vista. Thats it. Roger had rayleigh and gaban. Oden handled gaban but who the heck was strong enough to match rayleigh? Doesnt make sense. Only rational answer is whitebeard being much stronger than roger but he was never despicted that way. Same applies to big mom pirates. She was the only strong nember of her crew back in the day. Roger pirates should have dominated both with ease.
