I enjoy that Oda drew these creatures to prove the effectiveness of the teacher’s teaching. Their fears manifested as childish cartoon drawings rather than realistic monsters because the teacher’s assignment did in fact help them get over their fears. They are weaker than they would be in the child’s imagination since they have been given form and identified.

I feel like Oda is trolling the Big Mom fans right now.

First we had last chapter where it was mentioned that lighting and fire could cause heavy damage to Elbaf, and of course some thought that was a sign of Big Mom coming to Elbaf.

Only for this chapter to have Loki causing lightning and fire instead.

And then we get the panel with all those giant monsters from the children's fear, and it seems like one of those monsters looks like Big Mom.

So yeah "Big Mom" is in Elbaf you could say.
