I feel like Oda is trolling the Big Mom fans right now.

First we had last chapter where it was mentioned that lighting and fire could cause heavy damage to Elbaf, and of course some thought that was a sign of Big Mom coming to Elbaf.

Only for this chapter to have Loki causing lightning and fire instead.

And then we get the panel with all those giant monsters from the children's fear, and it seems like one of those monsters looks like Big Mom.

So yeah "Big Mom" is in Elbaf you could say.

You're pretty bad at interpreting hints and foreshadows.. This is actually proof that Big Mom is showing in Elbaf now.. Done Deal..

I think Loki's attack was mixed with ACoC and his lightning ability and he caused such destruction despite being in such a weakened state. That's crazy. This guy isn't even close to going all out and from the looks of it, this strike was a warning shot to Luffy and the others.

This is Elbaf we're talking about which even dwarfs countries like Alabasta and Wano. This guy would just casually wreck entire islands with his hammer strikes considering a single mountain in Elbaf can be easily scaled to some decent islands in One Piece, considering everything is gigantified in Elbaf.

I think that he does clearly use Haki, but it is an Enma situation. The weapon itself seems to be powerful, Hajrudin warns against him using it specifically. I don’t think he is blasting that himself. Most likely if the hammer is taken away he is at about half strength.
