I agree with this. I liked Doflamingo in Pre timeskip and in laws flashback, but in Dressrosa he is a bit cringe, gets cucked by Fujitora/Kuzan , while being over the top cartoon villain evil, and the plotcage. Vergo on the other hand could actually maintain a double life, which makes him more horrifying
