I wouldn't say that. Kaido is a mythical zoan df user. When Kaido transforms into his full zoan form, I didn't see any blood.

Awakened zoan is known to have high recovery rate. Moreover it's not ordinary zoan but mythical zoan. I think the damage Kaido received might recover.

Man, just thinking about Kaidou tanking a bunch of damage, regenerating, repeat this arc is honestly awesome to think about because it shows him as a durable monster.

He's still far, far weaker than Luffy. They didn't attack in one spot so Kinemon stabbing Kaido is not their combined effort but his own ability/strength.
