While I also agreee with this sentiment, it would also be interesting to see Kaidou beat the scabbards even with Su Long Inu and Neko... It would be one hell of a way to let the readers know "This is Kaidou, the strongest creature"

Kaido is not the WSC, it is now impossible for him to be the WSC. He may have physical strength incomparable to other sentient beings (I doubt he can put out the same strength as Zunisha though) but that only means he can beat anyone in an Arm-Wrestling contest. Nothing more.

There are people stronger than Kaido in overall strength. That much is clear. 1 one 1, Kaido CAN lose to many people. And frankly, he didn't win against BM or Shanks, the only two time in the manga when he fought Top tiers.
Another thing: Stop associating Zoro's power-level with Kaido's. Kaido "downplaying" has no effect on Zoro's power-level at EoS. Only Mihawk's power-level has an effect on Zoro's power-level at EoS.

Why is it impossible for him to be WSC? Because he was cheap-shotted and harmed?
His physical strength should be unmatched, at least in hybrid form. I bet his dragon form will Borobreath the shit out of Zunisha who almost fell to few cannonballs attacking one of its legs...

He can lose in 1vs1 but the chances of losing are smaller than his chances of winning.
He didnt lose either against Shanks or Big Mom.
I am not associating Kaido power with EoS Zoro, I say that the stronger Kaido is, the more impressive it will be for Zoro to slay him.
That has nothing to do with EoS Zoro but current Zoro in Wano. Let's downplay Kaido to YC4. Will it be impressive if he slays him? No.

No wonder Shiryu as a YC level character was called as powerful as Magellan with his poison. High tier swordsmen with good Ryou can already injure the most durable dude in the verse.

Shiryu is a nasty one, it is very likely that his only natural enemy ends up being Zoro due to ability to hear the breath.
Conveniently Zoro stops him from taking over the world...

Red for Akainu, yellow for Kizaru, purple for Fujitora, blue for Aokiji and there is the largest dog on top of who they all stand with weird color but definitely not green.

Oh I think its happening, but I think the fight may last longer to keep Kaido preoccupied while Luffy and the alliance handle many others on the Performance Floor (Numbers, Big Mom, F6, All-Stars, Hotei, Fukurokuju). Not saying any of this will lead to major fights yet, but I kind of expect Oda to draw their techniques against Kaido before Kaido thrashes most of them.

We'll see.

And this line of thinking clouds your judgement. We should be able to think past "what benefit does this bring my character". Because, Kaido is Objectively not WSC, because he Fu*king didn't win against Shanks (if Shanks came to MF and Kaido didn't even though he wanted too, then it is not a win for Kaido) and he didn't win against BM.

Anyway, I am not gonna argue with this any further. But you are a Kaido fan, that's for sure.
