Look up the footage of who was chasing him. Kyle was running away from grown ass men that had a criminal record. Kyle exerted his right to self defense. The CEO was murdered. As for the health insurance situation, yes it can be handled in courts. It's called politics. You organize people and come up with a strategy to get what you want. Most first world countries have health insurance that works alright. Somehow, things are fucked up in America. Trying to fix things by gunning down people on the streets is how savages act.
