So far, only four FS users have been canonically confirmed—neither Kuzan, nor Kizaru, nor even the Hero Garp, who was said to be equal to Roger, has shown any sign of possessing it.

With that in mind, the number of potential candidates has dropped significantly, and my remaining hopes rest on Mihawk and Zoro.

Below, we have only four of them:
  • Kaidou
  • Shanks
  • Luffy
  • Katakuri
Who do you think has a strong possibility of possessing this Haki?

I am 90% sure that Kaido isnt a FS user but stole it with Drunken Thief in that moment, just like he did with Snakeman.
I am also 99% sure that neither Zoro nor Mihawk will be FS users.
I am 60% sure that Sanji will be a FS user.
Dragon might have it, maybe Imu or some of his executives like Garling.
Coby might develop it as well.

Most Top Tiers have FS, it's just that it's not as needed as People think,
Kata only benefitted from it thanks to his Intangibility which allows him to Hide the Fact that He already Dodged, and it's only Useful against Non-AoE Attacks or Attacks that don't cover his entire Body, while Luffy only truly benefits from it when using Gear 4's Python Ability, hence why that was only time Kaidou needed FS to Dodge his Snakeman Attack,

FS is Overrated tbh, it's a Powerful Ability alright, but People pretend as if having FS make you Superior than those who don't,
Which isn't the Case at all, cuz if We are playing Chess & you have FS but i don't, you will make a different Move than the one you already intended to prevent yourself from losing, but doing so means my Next Move is completely Unpredictable & the one you saw never happened,
so FS is only Useful to make your Opponent change Moves, not actually make you beat Someone who have Superior Moves than you anyway,

He 100% has Future Sight,
Haki Mastery is Ranked, for example CoO comes first & then CoA,
Meaning you can find People with only CoO, but you can't find People who learned CoA but don't know CoO,
Cuz you need to first Detect Haki before being able to Harness it,

Same thing for Advanced Techniques, you can't learn Barrier without already knowing Hardening,
And also CoO, i believe you can't learn "Telepathy" which is to make your CoO reach beyond it's original containment (just like Barrier does for CoA), unless you also have Future Sight already,

In other words, any Character who learned "Telepathy" CoO also have Future Sight,
Katakuri showcased Telepathy in Film Red & He is indeed FS User,
Yasopp also demonstrated it & He was confirmed to be FS User too,
Zunisha, Gorosei & Shanks also demonstrated Telepathy, meaning they are FS Users (Shanks is Confirmed),
Luffy Unconsciously did it too & He is FS User,

Mihawk used Telepathy to show Luffy what He is seeing (Just Like Yasopp & Kata did in Film Red or Zunisha with Momo),
Which confirms He is indeed a Future Sight User

Mihawk might lack Voice of All Things or other Techniques that make you bond with others,
But when it comes to Haki Techniques used in Combat, He has it all.

His vivre card clearly states that he only copied the way that Snakeman attacks, which is how we see his body contort. The future sight is just something he has himself.
