You heavily underestimate Carrot's appeal, she's one of the few characters that get official Birthday recognition from the staff, so she still has an audience. Top 20 if you're being genuine.
Going to laugh all you saying Shanks reaches top 10 when he still can't pass Carrot because she's had more panel time in her 10 years than his 27 year manga run.

In that survey, many L4anji fans voted for Luffy so that Zoro did not win xD. And it is so, because in all the social networks many of them confessed it, knowing that the pedophile cook can never reach the swordsman God, because they try to screw him by joining the rubber jester xD

Katakuri is too sympathetic to be considered a pure evil villain, I think.
He's also got a relatable struggle of having to be "perfect" while hiding his true flawed self, and an even more relatable love for donuts.
And his fruit is awesome. Also he has a sense of honour which is cool when executed right. See: Dinobot from Transformers Beast Wars.
Compared to say Kaido and BM he's a lot more likable and has more potential for redemption.
Kizaru might go up higher in the ranking for the same reason, since EH made him go from Big Sadist Banana Suit Man to a flawed, understandable person who is chained down by his own mentality but still tries somewhat to help his friends (feeding Luffy, nonlethally BFRing Sento and Bonney so he wouldn't have to fight them etc).

Top 5 will stay the same
Carrot quite lower like 30-40
Wouldn’t surprise me if Ace and Boa switch places. Ace had moments in Wano with Tama, Yamato etc
Saint Shanks bottom line Top 10 but top 10
Yamato lower but still strong given she didn’t join but cover story and Wano wasn’t that long ago. Like in the 15-20 places.
Lucci and Kaku up : Lucci in the 30 and Kaku in the 60
Kiz up too at least 10 places up on the early 50 or end of 40
Kuma from 98 to 50/40 at least the biggest jump. Wouldn’t be surprised if he is in the 30. Same for Bonney
Shamrock being in the 100 for sure maybe Garling too
Loki in top 50 at least
