I love that artstyle so much, it makes me feel nostalgic for a time I never knew.
Current anime artstyles are bland for the most part, and they're still far better to me than the last few Western cartoons I saw.
I draw as a hobby but I can't hate AI art if it could potentially make something like this at a lower budget for any type of show.
Also that's the manliest Usopp I've ever seen goddamn.

But I avoid spoilers for Kb particularly.
The last chapter was fire. Samura's daughter is not push over. I have a hunch that Takeru is preparing next gen of swordsmen. Side characters have been interesting so far. Last 2 chapters imply that there is certainly a rat in organization. I just hope it is not Togo Shiba. But who else could have leaked such info, especially Rokuhira's location.
