Trump right now is gambling. The tariffs puts pressure on other nations and bend the knee if they want the tariffs removed. It puts pressure on corporations to bend the knee and focus more on US-made production. It puts pressure on the federal reserve to lower interest rates and turn back on the money printer if they want to save the economy.

If everyone goes right, Trump would look like a genius. If things go wrong, he'll blame democrats and foreigners. So much points to the tariffs being a temporary strong arm tool that the orange man is betting on.




Having someone who is wrong 24/7 act like an intellectual savior does that to people.

Didn't say he was successful businessman or really knows what he's doing. I literally said he was gambling on things going the way he thinks.

It's a master plan to look like a total asshole and then after an unspecified time seize all control of the situation. Yes, I completely get the leverage and attrition bullshit people might say but pissing people off until they make you happy isn't recommended.

.....are you listing off what I think or correcting me? I genuinely can't tell what you're going on about now. I said Trump was intentionally crashing the economy(something he admitted to multiple times) for specific goals. What is the problem?
