Nope. Kizaru like the other Admirals are relative to the Yonko. Luffy v Kizaru told us as much. Again don’t think bounties have a 1-1 correlation with strength but I do think ranges do. Nothing wrong with 3bil that’s well into the Yonko bounty range. Luffy is also 3bil & he’s much stronger than Kidd If anything Kidd’s bounty being 3bil is the anomaly.
I get the feeling you’re tryna downplay Akainu being in the 5bil range as not significant but the mere fact that Oda opted to give him 5bil when he could’ve very easily given him 4bil which would’ve been more than enough of an indication of his superiority over the other admirals is very significant imo. Oda’s giving Akainu a lot of respect & gas with that bounty. Might very well turn out to be the only awakened Logia in the series

It is pretty obvious that akainu's 5B is due to FA position. CG bounties are given to posts and are not individual based bounties.
Koby and garp got special bounty unlike akainu.
Any FA even Greenbull will get 5B.
Akainu leads strongest organisation by far hence such a high bounty compared to admirals. It shouldn't be compared with bounties marines give to pirates.

Honestly think it's as simple as Oda wanting to put respect on their name before having them bow out of the race for the OP.
Regardless of how you wanna slice it, in the first place it doesn't really make sense for the threat level of folks that took out a Yonko 2 v 1 to be the same as Luffy who took out one 1 v 1 even more so when the Yonko the latter beat was Kaido of all people.

Oda likes using math jokes for bounties that’s all Luffys kids and laws bounties are:
Luffy + Kid + Law = 9 Billion
Kaido + Linlin = 8.99 billion
The bounties just oda saying the WG thinks these three alone took out the two yonko.

I can't really refute your argument on bounties being assigned by posts but like I already said 4bil would've been more than enough for the Fleet Admiral given the Admirals are 3bil yet Oda decided instead to a award Akainu a bounty of 5bil instead so don't think you can just gloss over it as just a being a post ting.

Also you gotta consider how this bounties were even assigned in the first place. If you wanna appraise something you're most likely going to look at the current value and the current value of Fleet Admiral is Akainu, so in the first place, Akainu is most likely the baraometer for that bounty.
