What's his position in the story in relation to Luffy? Periphery. He'll probably just fight Dragon in the final war or something. Won't be a Luffy fight like Shamrock. So yes his irrelevant.

*His eye attack might have been some form of advanced CoC
*Had deadly venomous arms
*Made G5 Luffy bleed
*His spit bomb actually damaged Warury who already has better durability than Kaido

The problem with Saturn is that not only did Oda nerf him, but he never gave Saturn a true fight, it was mainly just Saturn attacking then getting beaten up, regen, attacking again, beaten up, regen, and going from one place to another.
