Can you name any examples where a host couldn't host because the queue wasn't strictly defined? Pretty sure we've been pretty flexible with the queue in spite onbthe calender not being up to date. Ironically, the problem has been that when someone comes to host they aren't ready, either because they lost interest or are undecided on the theme they want to go with. I don't drop the game entirely from the queue in case they come back, but that's how you end up with slots that were there that aren't actually able to host.
I know the calender hasn't been as up to date as we'd like. That's on me. But these snipes you're coming out with are completely unhelpful and unnecessary, and yes your game submission is a perfect example of what you're arguing against. I can't put down "maybe sometime in Summer". If you at least give me a month, I can say "Okay, we know Rej is in June", and then work the rest around you. And lastly, if you just want to complain, fine, but at least help contribute to the solution instead of just passive-aggressively alluding to it.

But then the NF overtake came and people wanted to host random SRMs all of the time and I lost the fun and motivation. Also because whenever it was "my turn" people were like "nah I am burnt out I need a break". So I was left with longer signups and alot of the staple players avoided my games. As a long term result I retired.
I just wished that people would see the true beauty of mafia and how people bounce off each other, bounce off the flavours and take on new adventures.

The weeks between games isnt because the hosts are unprepared its to give people time to breathe between games and not do back to back games. Though there are special games like ''submit your character'' ''create your own role'' or ''members'' that by default need signups filled before preparation.

Yeah to say it again:
You ignored (purposefully or accidentally) my call when I said I will be doing a Filler game, that has been checked with Ratchet. You then posted a sign up of your own filler game.
I worked hard I think from the 18th march into the 19th march (which was my birthday btw) and it caused tremendous heart problems for me, and then just to see that someone literally cucked me.
I then didnt say anything out of depression and we got to the situation where my sign up was running alongside your signup (competition).
I felt so fucked up and my heart rythm issues were not getting better, so I had to cancel out my game and take several weeks/months rest.
I am not fully blaming anyone here, more like the whole mafia section, it's ethics and it's principles as a whole. But yeah I was disappointed in how Ratchet handled it and I expected more empathy for my cause.
I atleast epected either Ratchet to step in a say that my game goes first because "call is call" or I expected you to take the step back and let me host.
But yeah, maybe it was on me because I did not communicate anything and I was sulking in my depression/avoiding any further conflict.

No you wanted to talk, you cant drop this and say ok bye. The only signups that were open from me was Bleach, and that was Flowers game which was Hero Killer at first and she changed the theme into Bleach and she asked me to host. I spent then the next few weeks preparing for it and had to go through intense stress for it, especially because I ended up solo hosting it alone.

This seems oddly elitist, why cant you consider the current hosts and coaches as part of the ''Bois'', I close to an OG too been playing since 2020 and hosting since 2020. I became an approved host in 2020 and coach too, Drago endorsed me, fucking Nova endorsed me and said my games are great.
