Okay here's the problem guys, i know that this ability did not hit York it actually hit Flowa , at first i thought she'd have only 1 hp since she claimed a weak character so it did nothing like he said here, but now she's saying she has 2 HP which means she should've either been notified of this and said nothing or this might be the poison that ended up on orwellian somehow.

It’s a delayed status effect that reduces max HP by 1 but doesn’t kill if they have 1hp.

It can also be healed
