It says everyone starts with a maximum of 3 HP and that some exceptions may go higher. We know the nuke took 1 HP off. Crying‘s ability removes 1 HP temporarily, so if the bleed took off 1 HP as well and if you started with 3 HP you should be dead if you weren’t lying about anything.

I started with 3 HP. Bleed takes 1 HP. Nuke took 1 HP. Crying's action didn't come to me.
I still have one HP and there's that.
