This, but what's the rationale for both countries?

Pakistan - To ensure flow of Indus, Jhelum, and Chenab, get military tech from China, ensure its survival
India - Destabilize Pakistan so that Chinese projects fail, ensure American investment, contain China
The Military Industry on all sides gets more funding. More Money. Rinse n Repeat. Tried and tested way of making money.

Regardless of the current scenario with the growing distance b/w Usa and China, India is getting the investment it seeks for

But what Pakistan is getting?let's keep aside the water, economy wise? It's drowning, political wise? It's in chaos
Terrorism wise? Some of the big names hiding there

What the common people is getting after all these years?
Also, the huge loan from China n other forces

How you people are being benefitted?
A country can't just be preparing evrything for war for half a century n shelter terrorism or act as a vessel for USA/©hina

There's more to survival than cleansing your kidneys

Well, agriculture contribute 24% to Pakistan's GDP and all relies on these rivers.
Plus, groundwater tables are going down quickly. Lack of canal water will increase it further.

In addition, India is also trying to annex Balochistan, rich in natural resources.

So, all in all India is playing long game and trying to cripple Pakistan.

It is right to say that it is matter of survival for Pakistan and India is just taking advantage of this situation.

Tbh, I still feel that biggest challenge this world soon will face is China.

They are rising with secrecy in all aspects.
There's only two force that can tackle china, USA and Russia, but they aren't on good terms.

One of my friend is studying in China post doctorate, she said that the people are very friendly, and welcoming, and they are like far ahead of every fucking south asian countries in every department from tech to medical to education to infra and so on
But their goverment, no civilians wants war, but the only ones at power decides that.

Look at bangladesh, dhaka, after their separation from Pakistan
One of the fastest growing economy in the world
Where Pakistan is lacking? @notAfanboy
Who said Pakistan is lacking?
Pakistan spend their money where it matters the most; Defence. Because we have a neighbour who have dreams of expansion and creating Akhand Bharat.

I dont know why y'all think Pakistan is dumb and just want to kill people and want war.

Like I said before, it is matter of Pakistan's survival for the reasons I mentioned above.

Balochistan is already rebelling and wants to be separate, what's the deal with Afganistan too?
For the downfall of Afghanistan, it's the USA who contributed the most, I can say.
But Pak do sponsor some form of terrorism in their area, is it due to the durand line?
