@Kizaruber Eats already posted the quote from Oda where he states he doesnt like killing people because it would sour the mood of the party. Law dying would definitely do that
Its funny you should mention that too, I've been extremely worried for Law when Oda revealed that immortality surgery nonsense from his DF too. I wonder if that's the counter to not just Imu inevitably but the Holy Knights and Gorosei's regen too?

Maybe the surgery was done on Imu and they are loaning their immortality to the Gorosei and HKs somehow? Giving them all kinds of powers and immortality? Well if Imu is the actual devil or a sea god or w/e, it would be more plausible, but a God wouldn't need the immortality surgery and be immortal anyway surely?

I've hated this reveal about his DF anyway, especially since it supposedly kills the user of the fruit when they perform it. I don't want Law to die, it would be too heartbreaking for Bepo too and after Corazon's brutally heroic and tragic sacrifice as well, it would just be too depressing.

When Doflamingo turned Law into 50 Cent at Dressrosa, I was worried Law was gonna die there, but thankfully he didn't and those fears came back immediately when he faced Blackbeard and co, but thank god Bepo and thus Chopper indirectly were able to save the day ofc.

I do wonder if the immortality surgery or w/e it is requires the awakening of the fruit to do so? Thus pushing Law into his inevitable fate of using it too? Although something that important is gonna be a Chekov's Gun and happen sooner or later, but I pray this one of those times where Oda can once again pull out his mother of asspulls again like he did with Sabo, Pell and especially Kinemon and Pound and Law somehow survives the surgery or gets resurrected in some way. I would even dare to suggest Brook could do it with his DF awakening, maybe only being able to revive each person once but with another catch too?

I mean I complain about story flaws, plot holes, asspulls and what not but I'm hypocritcally unashamed to ignore those when I wanna protect my favourite characters lololol, corruption and bias at its best!

Law dying would mean less money for Oda.Its just that simple
its EOS and to this day Ace is a big merch seller lol

Exactly this too ofc. Law is extremely popular worldwide as we know and I've seen a lot of female fans thirst over him bigtime and even male fans thirsting over female Law (cough :madmonk:) but even than Law is reminiscent of 90s or especially earliest 2000s culture in his style and such and he's way too loved to die but as Roo said, Ace still does sell a ton of merch but Oda has given his character so much love in both the manga and outside ofc, same with Toei as well.

Even if Law dies, god forbid if he does, he will sell a ton of merch regardless but I think his death will probably cause a lot of backlash and thus death threats online, especially to Toei once they have to animate it inevitably as Toei are getting from Sanji fans atm too and I hope with the messages I posted above from Oda and his current state of mind, along with the fact he seems to regret killing off Ace, that he won't kill enough someone as important as Law.

He even admitted himself, he expected Kidd to be way more important and instead Law was ofc, Kidd was the one supernova Oda had in mind initially before the others and maybe Law too I think, he gave them that extra importance at Sabaody and standing next to Luffy for a reason then again at Wano when they had that amazing triple panel of challenging the Beast Pirates and talking about fighting on seas as pirates and such. Also that hilarious chicken game moment on the rooftop which I keepforgetting, when they all tried to avoid doging Big Mom's fireball, that was great hahahaha!

Oda really respects Law and Kidd, even though a LOT of Kidd haters will try to convince you otherwise and you can even see it from one o fthe Wano openings where both are shown openly supporting Luffy. Kidd is the Vegeta to Luffy and Law is the Piccolo. Well the non-SH equivalents of Piccolo and Vegeta I mean, I would say Zoro and Sanji might be Piccolo and Vegeta too but that's probably controversial especially to compare Vegeta to Sanji lmao.

Even if Law does die, I don't think he will stay dead, but I always expected Oda would bring back Ace somehow and Pedro would be revealed to be alive so idk lmao, but I can't see EOS of One Piece happening without Luffy, Law and Kidd together regardless, I want all 3 to survive and get to Laugh Tale and be there for the One Piece. They deserve that much.

The fact that Drake is alive gives me hope too, I expected him to die and I'm grateful he isn't dead. I hope Hawkins is alive but he might be dead ofc and if he is, that's a huge shame but alas. Oda already wrote his vice captain Faust out of the story, a freaking mink named after the legendary FAUST HIMSELF and then he never even reappeared once post TS....

The fact Urouge hasn't reappeared post TS isn't helping either....except for his fateful meeting with Kaido, I'm starting to fear the worst for him now but I'm praying he's being saved for an inevitabel Enel return moment and maybe both of them are being saved for Elbaf's Heaven Realm instead or a later arc somehow or even a potential space/moon arc but I am rapidly losing hope too at this point.

That's my usual random ramble and rant over anyway lol.

Man coats himself in magma as his final attack.

Fanbase: "Here's why Kaido died in the Mt. Fuji Magma"

Me: "Ain't now wayyyyy..."

I think Marco, Kinemon, Inurashi, Hibari, and maybe a few others are dying in Wano Act 4.

I think Teach is going to kill a LOT of people. The arcs where Teach is heavily involved have the most death.

Marineford had Little Oars Jr., Ace, Newgate, and for awhile we didn't know if Moria was alive or not.

Good chance Garp dies, too. I've thought Stussy would die for a bit, but, now I think it's Kaku, because Oda is clearly plotting something EOS with Lucci, and Kaku dying is the only thing I can see really fucking up Lucci. Maybe Hattori?

Rob Lucci is a bloodthirsty individual, and we saw him openly implore Mars to save Kaku. The reason Lucci was comfortable attacking Vegapunk/Stussy while Kaku was in a bubble is because Lucci knows the Straw Hats are bleeding hearts who would never kill someone in a situation like that.

If Teach kills Kaku, then steals Pluton, Lucci is going to lose his shit and invest everything he owns in killing Blackbeard.

I'm like 50/50 on Kizaru dying in Act 4, too.

Oh, duh, Kaido.

ZKK is real: Kaido is going to be pissed, because he wanted Luffy to start the Final War as Joy Boy, and Luffy still hasn't done shit regarding that.

Loki was first introduced as wanting to marry into the Big Mom Pirates; IMO, Loki LIKED Linlin, but couldn't stand her trying to trick him.

When Zoro kills Kaido, Loki's brother, Loki and Linlin will make an alliance based on murdering Zoro.

Law is like Luffy's closest ally, his death would be similar to Ace which would be the opposite of what Oda would be trying to convey with the final war.

@Kizaruber Eats already posted the quote from Oda where he states he doesnt like killing people because it would sour the mood of the party. Law dying would definitely do that
This is why we had the Feast at the End of Wano Act 3

Because Act 4 is going to be a Death Parade, like that one really cool anime

Garp and Dragon definitely ain’t dying because they will have to react to Luffy becoming Pirate King . I am pretty sure Garp would come in terms with his Grandson and will likely leave Marine this is how I see .

Likely death I would for see :

Law
Crocodile
Imu (it’s certain he will die)
Goroseis
Shamrock
Shanks
Helmappo

The biggest one will be Usopp I suspect he will likely die by EOS fulfilling his role as Legend or something . He will definitely do some brave act in final arc the world will remember .

Law dying would mean less money for Oda.Its just that simple
Naruto and bleach had so many killings yet they sold so many of ‘em . If author cannot kill his characters properly or listen to fan’s whims he is scared of his own creative skills .

JK literally killed Dumbledore in part six and yet it sold so many copies . People like death but of it has great impact it will sell more . I personally don’t think OP should have everyone surviving War has impact on good guys as well . I am certain some famous characters will die I think Law tops the list for me because someone needs to break ops ope no mi cycle .

If a strawhat is dying then the answer is easily zoro lol
He is the one who has death themes I mean he literally met grim reaper. He said arlong the lines in alrong arc grim reaper won’t take his soul until he achieves what he wants. Luffy won’t die or any strawhat but if a strawhat member is gonna die then it’s zoro

Remember who is oda audience mainly is ? He isn’t planning to make one piece sad and dark story lol
That grim reaper plotline literally has been discarded by Lolda, dude, that's why it was never mentioned again.
